By using Vitals you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain what the service is, and importantly, what it is not.
1. The service
Vitals is an informational personal health-record tool. It helps you store, organize and track your own lab results over time.
2. Not medical advice
Vitals does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a medical device. In-range / out-of-range indicators are based on the reference ranges printed on your documents and are for information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Store only your own health data, and use the service lawfully.
4. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and accurate, but automated reading of documents can contain errors — please verify important values against the original.
5. Termination
You can stop using Vitals and delete your account and data at any time from the app.
