1. What we collect

Account details you provide: your name, email, and any optional profile info (phone, sex, date of birth, height, weight).

The lab documents you upload (PDFs or photos) and the measurements we extract from them.

2. How we use your data

To read your uploads, organize your results, and show your health history with trends, charts and search.

To operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. AI processing and third-party sharing

To turn a document into structured results, the file you upload — the lab document and the health values it contains — is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, solely to extract the analytes, values and reference ranges it contains.

We ask for your consent before your first upload. OpenAI processes the file only to perform this extraction, does not use it to train its models or build advertising profiles, and is contractually bound to protect it to a standard comparable to this policy. We share your data with no other third parties for this purpose.

4. Storage & security

Your records are stored securely and are private to your account. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect them.

5. Your rights

You can view, export or delete any result at any time, and permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from the app.
