Vitals helps you store and understand your own lab results. Your health data is yours — this policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
1. What we collect
Account details you provide: your name, email, and any optional profile info (phone, sex, date of birth, height, weight).
The lab documents you upload (PDFs or photos) and the measurements we extract from them.
2. How we use your data
To read your uploads, organize your results, and show your health history with trends, charts and search.
To operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. AI processing
To turn a document into structured results, the file is processed by our AI provider solely to extract the analytes, values and reference ranges it contains. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
4. Storage & security
Your records are stored securely and are private to your account. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect them.
5. Your rights
You can view, export or delete any result at any time, and permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from the app.
